Just pull the fuel pump fuse - the engine will not start up as the fuel pressure drops over a couple of hours. That's why you hear the fuel pump run when the ignition is first switched on from an overnight stop. Try it - it will take a minute to prove.......

If you are determined to go down this road, you could easily wire the fuel pump to an isolation switch on the console for cold starts.
