I thought it pretty telling that a Porsche dealer lists the LN bearing but not OEM.

Porsche does offer a replacement IMS, but only as an assembly with the entire shaft for around $1,000. The assembly is also the oversized third version, which requires total engine disassembly to install the new shaft.
