Use the search function - its been discussed many times....

There are many control arm bushes & ball joints, coffin arm bushes & ball joints, drop links, shock upper bearing mounts (if its noisy when turning), anti roll bar rubber bushes, etc. etc. but its the ball joints & anti roll bar bushes that usually squeak
There are rubber gaiters (boot) over the suspension ball joints that dry out - you will need to get the car on jackstands & remove the wheels to get to them. The trick is to inject Lithium grease into the rubber boot - some people cut the boot & squirt WD40 in, but its better to prise the top of the boot open with a small pick and inject the Lithium grease. Anti roll bar rubbers need to be removed to lubricate.
This is a temporary fix, though some people have had some success for a couple of years.
