I had taken over our 2.5 car garage so cars would barely fit, the 1-car garage at our 4-plex, a storage shed at another rental, and two storage units (all for my business & tools) until I moved into 2,500 sq' of shop. 3-phase power, water, great space. Full welding setup and almost full woodworking setup. Norm on Yankee Workshop has me beat....
