Wow. I've seen this before. Original bearing fails then a replacement bearing is put in. Then the engine fails. Wait, I spent good money on a new IMS bearing, let me pull it and re-use it. You can see metallic debris all over the rear seal. Bearing is guaranteed to be contaminated and will fail, guaranteed.
