I'm starting to leave them in place... because of the corner weights. ALL mid engine cars need weight on the passenger front tire/wheel. This particular weight is mounted as low in the car as you can get (and behind axle centerline) Doesn't get much better than that 
However.. I do have a lot of cars built in the past.. they are all gone.
