Brake Lights stay on constantly

I had some recent brake work done (power booster and flushing). It's as if I'm riding with my foot on the brake. The lights stay on constantly. Could there be something stuck in the computer? I squeezed under the dash with a flash light and observed the pedal to be clearing the switch when depressed. Looks normal to me. Maybe there is a pressure switch within the ABS unit doing this?

I want to try to figure this out before I have to drive 10 miles with my hazards on to get the guy to fix my brakes (again).
