Fairly common issue on the older boxsters. No one cleans the drains by the battery, water accumulates, and enters the brake booster.

Change the booster, your problem will be solved.
Keep the drains clean and the problem will be prevented from ever happening again.

By the way, every brake booster I've tried to repair with WD40 and thorough cleaning worked for a few minutes, and went right back to making the brakes stick. Just buy a good used one.
