Get a garage!

You are parking your car out in the open where anything can land on it, touch it, crap on it... If you don't like it, get your car off their property (the outdoors).
I know it's a pain, but when I didn't have a garage, I paid extra each month for a storage unit to park the car in. A cover should at least prevent any scratches or prints.

And, just for the record, cats claws do scratch the paint. That's why I don't park my car outside.
