I'm not sure how insurance works in Texas (no fault) but here if you pull out of a parking spot and rear end someone it's a given that it's your fault entirely.
But definitely get a lawyer to deal with your insurance company since its also the other side's insurance company.
Make sure they have it as 100% the other guy's fault because at your age you don't want any of that blame.
Once you get your check I'd consider a new insurance compay because I have feeling that your insurance will msyteriously go up.
