Yes -- my 00 S Boxster. I'm coming up to speed on OBD-II

I believe the codes are not in the first 32 -- so are extended -- therefore
I need to know the PID and then the characteristics.

I've also found a thread where they think you can display it on the HVAC controls,
but in the long run I'd like to maybe display a good bit of info on a IPAD -- but I'll start
with my phone.
