Heliguy is a pilot by trade. Some of us likes to refer to him as Captain

Having a switch makes it feel more "natural" for a pilot I'm just guessing. I also have a feeling that, unlike myself, he is the type of guy who can feel the drag difference even at 25mph.

Or maybe the automation system was fried on his car and he prefers the switch mode over the stock speed-limited mode. I would go for both options if I could
