Careful Porsche paint is softer than U.S. paint. And its also not legal for sale in America. That means if you need to have your car repainted they won't be using the same type of paint.
The 'Perfectlap system' is not hard just takes a little more effort and some $$$. you would be amazed how quickly black paint can start to swirl. I had my old car's hood painted and within a few car washes the swirls had made a forced occupation. Those swirls aren't permanent but you'll need to buy an electric Polisher like the Porter Cable 7424 or go to a high end detailer familiar with these methods to really eliminate them. Why bother going to all that trouble when a few techniques will keep your paint looking factory fresh.
