Easy breezy. Check and see if your sway is under load with the car in the air. If so you should disconnect the end links first. Then unbolt, slide out the old, and slide in the new bushings. I like a little white lithium grease on the inside of the bushing but it's not required. I think the bolt are 10mm. I suppose if you were really skinny... like about 35 lbs, you could get in there without jacking the rear but us normal folks need to get the car up in the air some.
