Who gives a crap about this?
It's 70 degrees, sunny and I'm driving around with the top down in Houston. We never have freezing temps that prevent me from washing my cars.
I think you people living in the frozen wastelands of the north need to move to a warmer place. But don't move here.
1) too many people here already.
2) hot as hades 4 months out of the year and top should not be down unless you need to burn and sweat off ten pounds on the way to or from work.
