For the last 13 years, my Boxster constantly "sweated" (wouldn't say leaked) a bit, mostly during the winter season or longer standing periods.
I got used to the stain mark on the garage floor, never really worried about it... until i heard about the IMS/RMS.
2 years ago, after switching to a new PORSCHE dealer, the technician noticed, that the oil level was too high and called my to ask for permission to reduce it.
(still have no clue why there was too much oil in the engine)
From that day on, that constant sweating was gone!
Only "sweats" a bit, when not driven regularly.
IMS/RMS panic? Not me, I keep calm and carry on
