If not, are the 996 and 996 Turbo radiators larger(greater capacity) than a base 986 Boxster?
I ask this question, because I am considering if it is cost effective to replace the 2.5L in my 99 Boxster with a 3.4L out of a 1999-2000 996. If the 996 only has two radiators for a 3.4L, then the two radiators are must be larger than a base Boxster's and maybe I should just fit two 996 radiators to my car instead of putting a third radiator and cutting my bumper cover.
My car has over 205,000 miles. I would like to get 300,000 miles out of it.
I appreciate your sage comments.

996 C2 only have 3rd rad if it has auto trans. 99 Boxster & 996 are identical from doors forward including rad. Many people have installed 99-01 3.4 engines in 97-99 Boxsters without cooling mods, I would recommend: 160 thermostat, new porsche water pump, through cleaning of radiators, & ceramic thermal barrier coated headers.
