After all, they race these cars in ice, snow, mud and everything else. I just find it hard to believe that someone who owns a Porsche and enjoys driving it could walk past it to drive anything else. Unless I am going to lowes for a load of lumber, when I go my Porsche goes. As they say, life is too short to drive a boring car.

I am with you a 100%. I am sure when I come to sell mine the body may not be in the greatest of shape, the underside will likely be pitted etc but it is a fun car year round. My wife laughs at me when I don't take it out if there is more than 3 inches of snow but I have never been stuck yet in the three years of ownership. Life is for living. This car makes my life more enjoyable year round.
