The ability to post them will depend on their size. I don't know what the limit is, but if they're small enough (which I assume they're not considering they are about 60 seconds each) you could upload them as if they were an image using the Attachment Manager. That's one of the things you see at the bottom of the screen when you're posting a new thread.
