Preaching to the choir!
1. Get involved with DE or autocross. It will take the edge off and make it easier to drive sanely on the street.
2. Replace the cap with the newest version. It's cheap insurance. If you've got condensation or hissing, something's not right.
3. The oil drip at rpm is from leaking spark plug tubes/ o-rings. Fix that ASAP.
