Yesterday I replaced the Spark plug tubes on the right side of the engine.

After that the check engine light started flashing and it is running rough.

I bought a Actron 9125 code reader and I got the following (I may be giving superfluous info)

P0301 misfire
5INC
Mil On
Monitors
02 Sensor
O2 Heat
Catal
Evap
Sec Air
3 Ready
Misfire
Fuel Comp

I think the pertinent message is the P0301 misfire code.

I don't even know which is "cylinder one" - could it be the front right cylinder?

I do not think I damaged the coil, but it may not have plugged back on to the spark plug well. I do know that the connector came off on the front right coil so perhaps I didn't get it plugged back in correctly.

Also, I broke in half the top AOS tube (duct taped it so I could test run it) and wonder if that could have something to do with this.

Any recommendations are welcome!
