Try Matt Stoupas at Welstmeister. They are based in Richmond, and are an independent Porsche dealer in Melbourne.
They have a fully certified workshop, all the skills but don't charge Porsche Centre rates. I've always had excellent service from these guys. I bought my Boxster from them and will happily recommend them to anyone.
