anybody here with full Top Speed exhaust???

My cats are going bad I think( loud rattle on cold start ups)
I do have top speed headers and muffler and thinking about replacing my cats with test pipes
I'm running 99' 3.4l ROW program (SAI delete too) and Just passed emission testing with flaying colors.
as title says, anybody with full set up??
if so, how loud is it
will it make huge difference compared to my current set up?
witch test pipes should I choose
for 2.5 or 3.2
