Like I stated earlier in this thread, if you buy an older car to save money, you'll soon find out that you will need to spend all the savings on repairs for old parts that just fall apart due to age... and the car is still not worth a dime more on resale.

It's best to buy the very youngest S model you can find with the lowest miles. You'd be surprised what you'll find if you keep hunting and pull the trigger when there's snow on the ground. Boxster prices are simply WILDLY different around the country no matter what time of year, but it's expecially good for buyers in winter months when top down isn't possible.
