Seems like a normal occurrence on these motors/transmissions so nothing to worry about. As far as the transmission slipping in between 4th and 5th I've had this happen to me a few times as well. The car tries to shift then the rpms rise while the car coasts then it finally makes the shift. It has only happened to me a few times in almost 2 years. This may be caused by low levels of transmission fluid so you may want to check that if it was never done before. My car has not done this for a very long time and I never touched the fluid level however. I have noticed if I try to accelerate the moment the car selects a higher gear it acts a little odd but that makes sense.
