I hope someone can help with this and its a simple fix....

I recently disconnected the battery and removed the instrument cluster to fit a microphone on the dash for a handsfree kit. When all reconnected and started the ignition four warning indicators appeared;

Failure of Outside Temp Indicator
Failure of Oil Indicator
Failure of Fuel Level Indicator (Drive to Workshop)
Refill Washer Fluid

I know all the levels were fine prior to disconnecting the cluster and battery, is it a fuse that is common to all or is it more serious? Has anyone else had this?
