errr -- i see you are in PA -- adjust your tactics according to the amount of dealers you are willing to travel to for pickup.

if it's only 6, to me that means leaving a little extra money on the table in your offer if you want to get it done now and live up to your word.

then again, perhaps you just want to flush out the most motivated dealer, in which case a "bidding on my specs" or "take it or leave it" process on your specs would be a ruse to differentiate him from the others and then bargain with him from there.
