It depends on his goals. As a street/DE car I agree with you. If he wants the "best" because he is developing the car to run in the Grand Am Continental Tire Challenge Series and has unlimited financial backing then he might make different choices. At this point we don't know his intended use at all. Only that he wants "the best".
