IIRC the secondary air system does not turn on when the outside air temperature is above a certain threshold temperature. I don't recall what the threshold is, but I suspect its below summertime temperatures in AZ. And unless the SAI system turns on, you won't get a CEL triggered by a SAI leak until the SAI system runs.
