Thanks Steve Tinkler, sounds like what i've been searching for then. The last 2 exhaust mufflers I tried both droned at cruising speeds around the 1800 to 3500rpm. Drone was horrible and deafening and my ear drums would hurt after a few minutes ending with a splitting headache for half an hour after a drive. I'll have a look into your setup and might give it one last go
