I plan to modify the front bumper using the 101 Project book methodology. I already have the tools. Plus my front bumber is a bit beat up (a serious rock chip/dent in it where the license plate used to be. So, I figured I'd strip it, prep it, paint it afterwards anyway. If I can't do it and the cost is too high for a shop to do it, only then will I look at a replacement for it.
