Possible choices I would consider
1. Down payment on property I could rent in the future.
2. Buy Berkshire Hathaway "B" shares and forget about it for 10 years.
3. Pay off any existing consumer debt.
4. Rainy day fund in a low yield MM account.
5. Load up the IRA
