Welcome to the third and final installment of the 2013 Danger Winter Workout Series. This final segment will once again focus on core strengthening, targeting the lower extremities for improved heel/toe shifting and braking technique, as well as conditioning of the buttocks for those long track days and extended weekend drives. * As always, members should consult their physician before attempting any strenuous exercise. Any member who experiences shortness of breathing, hot flashes, tightening of the jaw or any other unusual sensations should stop excising immediately and seek medical attention. Lastly, members who are over the age of 57 are encourage to wear a truss; especially if they have experienced difficulty with their polyps in the last 8 months.
