Bought my 2000 S in October. The project list so far:
- Engine air filter
- Cabin air filter
- Oil and oil filter
- Serpentine belt
- Ashtray delete
- Frunk struts
- Trunk struts
- IMS Guardian
- Repaired driver's seat - cracked bolster
- DEPO tail lights
- Trickle charger/pigtail on battery
- Relocated frunk emergency release to tow hook
- Clear side markers
Picked up brake fluid and bleeder over the winter, and just bought coolant, water pump, and low temp thermostat - all to be done early this spring. Also will replace the headlights at some point this year.
Most of what I've done wasn't necessary, but part of the process of updating a low mileage (26K) 13 year old car.
April 2013 update:
- Bled brakes
- Installed garage door opener button in dash
- Activated OBC (temp display) with Durametric
- Painted bumperettes Arctic Silver
November 2013 update:
OK, now it's been a year. Have also done:
- Replaced ignition switch - (it went bad)
- Replaced water pump, thermostat, coolant
- Aluminum pedal covers inc. throttle extension plate
- Changed gearbox oil
- Cleaned radiators
- Replaced halogens with Litronics
- New floor mats
