You don't need the sway bar bushings from Pelican because they come with the M030 kit.
Ask Suncoast to beat the Pelican pricing, you might be surprised.
Labor rate is within reason, if your shop charges actual time, it should be lower. If they charge book, it could 100 to 200 higher (1 or 2 hours). I believe the book is 5 on the rear and 4 on the front.

You can do it yourself, just plan on 2x the book labor time. Your local auto parts store will lend you the spring compressors and the only other special tool that helps is an impact wrench. Oh, and a thin 15mm (check size to be sure) open end wrench for the droplink mount.
