That is probably very true. I know past repairs is not an indicator of how reliable the car will be in the future but it seems that way a lot with a Boxster. I got my 2000 'S' 26 months ago with 51k miles for $15.9 and I know I over paid some but there were no other Red ones at all in my area, however it's repair history was great and every part I took off and replaced before it could break turns out was in great shape and would have likely gone another 30k miles.

Some buyers will look at a car and say "It's been a great care, should be a great buy" others will say "well not much has been replaced, it's gonna cost me to replace them". Two schools of thought.

Don't be in a rush to sell it. The price won't drop much between now and next summer.
