I just did mine last week. Coming up on 2 years since last done. Mine wasn't too bad. A few June bugs in there, couple of cigarette butts and a black and mild cigar tip.
Other than that mine look pretty good. I had some leaves in the plastic cover that goes over the radiators also. How often do they recommend cleaning the radiators? Glad I got it done. Another winter project complete.
