try to play with the ignition key
I have experiences too,
Try next, push very gentle counterclockwise your ignition key, so that it will come a little bit backwards, but not so much so that it will come to II position and stop the engine. In my humble opinion this is have something to do with a loosen contacts, but I can be very wrong.
