Damn I should have thought about that! But the oil was pretty hot. Good news is - and I have not cut it open yet - that my filter looks clear as can be. I think I saw one maybe two flakes in my initial lookover.
Anyone know the best way to cut this filter open? Didnt know if there was a special way.
