Yeah, its a relatively new technology. I have no idea how it works, or how reliable they are.

The idea is they contain a capacitor they stores electrical charges and creates a faster spark. They claim ~2 nanoseconds.

The idea is it creates more effiecient combustion. Resulting in lower emissions, and higher fuel mileage and horsepower. However, I have no personal experience with them, nor know anyone that's risky enough to try them.
