Ok that was pretty fun. We had rain Sat night so the first two sessions on Sunday were splash and dash Formula 1 style.
As the track dried out it just got faster all day. The quality of the track surface is just fine running the esses instead of the tunnel. No car damage issues at all.
Side note... I have never seen so many spanking new 997 Turbo S, GT3 RS, and GT2 RS with novice drivers at one event. I spent the day instructing in a 997 GT2 RS that was 3 months old and the driver had never done any performance driving before. That car is a rocket sled! Wow!
