FWIW
My suspension setup guys suggested that fender height is not a relevant measurement. Corner balance is what matters.
My fender heights w/full gas tank, no driver:
LF 24"
RF 23 31/32"
LR 24 7/8"
RR 24 1/2
It's pretty low in front.
