While looking for other info I came across this. As others have noted, it is better and cheaper if the dealer is willing to assist. At least there appears to be a last resort.

"To get a code for your becker units first contact becker 201 327 3434 ext 1209 and request a code a code request form will be faxed or e-mailed to you once filled out and returned to becker you will receive your code and you will receive code cards in the mail. there is a $30 fee for this"
