i live north of you. i'll take friday afternoon off and drive from hay river, northwest territories, to edmonton that afternoon (1100 kms). track day at stratotech the next day and drive home on sunday. before that i lived i ucluelet on vancouver island. 450 kms via mountain pass, ferry and rush hour traffic to mission raceway outside of vancouver and back on a weekend. that's why people race porsches more than ferraris - you can beat on them and they keep running.
