I hate to sound like a broken record but I would prememtively change the IMS and replace the clutch while its apart. People say to wait but I think that's not a good plan since all you're doing is saving a few hundred bucks by pushing back the clutch job a few years.

If I had any doubts that this car sat for long periods (wasn't run at least once a week), had oil changes less frequently than once a year, and Mobil 1 was used during those infrequent oil changes then I'd definitely prioritize the IMS upgrade. All other maintenance jobs seem to be window dressing. I might also change the water pump, I think an expert on here said it should be replaced every 3 years to avoid a major problem.
