Bad Fuel symptons??????

So.... the boxster has been running perfect. Today the wife and I decided to take the back road to Albuquerque. Went to Chevron here in Santa Fe. I had a little over a quarter tank, so I put in thirty bucks and was up to 3/4 tank when we left the Chevron. The drive to Albuquerque was fine, no problems. On the way back to Santa Fe, about 75 miles from when we fueled up, we stopped at a casino and were inside for about twenty minutes. The weather was getting dark and stormy so we decided to leave to continue our trip back to Santa Fe. The boxster didn't fire up right away... it's never done that before, about five seconds of cranking, it fired up. I pulled out of the parking lot and there it was, a huge loss of power, it felt like my fuel filter was pretty clogged up. Got on the freeway and noticed that the power was definitely not there, it still was able to get up to 75 mph, but I didn't want to push too hard. I kept it at about 3500 rpms. About three miles on the freeway and the check engine light came on. Made it home with no issues, it idled fine at a few red lights, but I didn't get on the throttle at all. Checked the codes and this is what they were. P1125 P1126 P1132 P1133. I cleaned out the MAF sensor with a can of MAF cleaner that I bought at Auto zone. Put it back in the car. When I went to start it, It cranked over for about 15 seconds and nothing. Paused a few seconds, then tried again. Another 15 seconds of cranking and it finally barley fired up. Is idling pretty rough, so I shut it off and came inside. This is where I am at now. Please give me your thought and opinions. I was considering pumping out the remaining fuel that is in there and putting some new fuel from somewhere else. The fuel filter is the original filter with 63,000 miles. I have always put supreme fuel from Chevron in the last ten years since I have owned the car.
