I've done a few of these and you don't really need to remove the clamp. Each AOS I've bought comes with a new hose. I just cut the the old hose, remove the AOS out of the way. Once this is done you have clear access to the hose and clamps.

When installing I use a regular hose clamps and use a socket, long extention and ratchet to tighten. It's much easier to install and remove in the future.
