Just got off the phone with Suncoast. The photo on the ordering page for the front key fob cover that shows only two buttons is for the model years 97-00. It was confirmed that the 2001-2004 cover does indeed have three buttons. So I placed the order. Thanks again ekam for all of your help. Its funny, in the age of internet, we somtimes forget the old "make a phone call and ask" trick, works almost every time.
