crap....I got a tiptronic from a 2001 3.2 that is still in the car, functions perfectly, fluid flushed regularly, and a filter change less than 5k miles ago (has 78,000 miles on it)...but, sadly, I don't think it'll fit the 2.7....good luck in your search, you might want to check car-parts.com
