Just curious as to what the improved quarter mile times would be with the TechnoTorque installed. Not that I really expect much, since the Boxster isn't a drag strip kinda car. Just curious.
I've been toying with the idea of getting the
TechnoPowerKit (TechnoTorque, plus bored out throttle body and ECU remapping). Pedro says as much as +23 HP and +14 ft/lbs. So, if I'm turning out 14.8 sec quarter miles, what would I expect to get with the TechnoPowerKit?
Of course, either the TechnoTorque by itself, or the TechnoPowerKit... either one has to wait until I finish a few other projects to the car first. I have most of my new suspension sitting in my garage. Need a few odds and ends before I start that job. Then I need a motor mount and water pump (w/ low temp thermostat) installed next. Then a Pedro Sport Exhaust. THEN I'll revisit the TechoPowerKit.
